There was a lot of comments that Tulfo commented regarding an incident.
Tulfo said a comment that there was an official that went to New York for a leasure trip wherein her hometown is in a calamity a couple of months ago.
He also pointed out where Duterte was out of the country and was forced to go back due to the situation. Duterte was looking for investors why he's out of the country due to an official trip.
He said that the yellow party must silence themselves.
He also commented on some officials and said that they must work.
